A portion of University Avenue is expected to be closed to traffic beginning Monday, Nov. 6 while construction crews with JGF Built complete some underground utility work. The closure is expected to last until Friday, Nov. 10, and will impact bus routes and parents transporting students to Zia Middle School.
The closure will be along University Avenue between Old Farm Road and McDowell. Motorists are encouraged to plan ahead and seek alternate routes, such as Bowman to Conway, and Conway to McDowell, or Bowman to Capri Road and Capri Road to McDowell.
