Las Cruces Public Schools is looking for parent and community input on an updated Athletics and Activities Handbook. The guide is a model for parents and students that outlines policies and expectations for participation in any LCPS activity club, sport or fine arts program.
The LCPS Administration would like to invite four parent volunteers and two at-large community volunteers to serve in this endeavor. Anyone interested in volunteering can submit an application using this link https://forms.office.com/r/v4aMtcuE77 and identify which school, sport and/or activity they are affiliated with (if applicable). The community volunteer applicants do not need to represent a school or have a student enrolled at LCPS to be considered.
The deadline to apply is Jan. 13. Volunteers must be available to attend a first meeting of the committee on Jan. 18.
